The title speaks about the theme of the Magis Fest 2012, held on Ateneo de Davao University, Matina Campus yearly. I was very privileged and happy to be invited for the second time around. But unlike last year, I would expect much from this much-awaited activity.
The festival was very colorful and fun. Ateneans have greeted us with warm smiles and hospitality. With the activities I joined, such as The Science Amazing Race and The Math Trail, I have made friends from different schools around Davao City. It was very delightful to know that we, the youth, go together, not to create chaos, but to learn things using synergy and teamwork.
The performances were very stunning, especially the very first Dance Drama about the life of the Ateneans. The hip-hop performance made us dance to the beat, and we were very amazed by their pop-locking dance moves. The performance of a student and a teacher was very touching since it tells about the connection between teachers and students in the real world.
The activity really brought us together as one community, one country, and one voice. I look forward to join these kinds of activities.
MAJOR PROBLEM: I can't post the videos of the performances. Maybe, I'll post it on the next days. So, stay tuned !
